General Worker

• In service training in Casket & Coffin Assembly.
• In service training in Casket & Coffin Body, Lids Mouldings and Lathed Corners.
• In service training in Interior Fitting, Packaging, and Loading.

Our chief objective is to create a Training and Grading Programme for new unskilled artisans with little to no experience in Casket & Coffin Manufacturing esnuring they are adept in all the facets required for the General Assembly of Caskets & Coffins.

Tier 2 - Semi-skilled Artisans

General Assembler, Router, Fitting, Packager, Loader

• Full Casket & Coffin Frame Assembly.
• Full Casket & Coffin Bottom, Frame Mouldings and Lathed Corners.
• Full Interior Fitting, Packaging, and Loading.

Having been upskilled from unskilled artisans, they are moved up to unsupervised assembly as Semi-skilled Artisans in Casket & Coffin Manufacturing ensuring faster production times and uptic in quality resultant of the fact they require minimal supervision on the Production Floor.

Tier 3 - Skilled Artisans

Panel Saw Operator, Spray Painter

• The logging and understanding of the amount of wood panels required to manufacture casket products
• Cutting of wood panels to size for each casket & coffin product.
• Spray paint of casket products with finishing coats and sand downs

A Panel Saw Operator's primary duty is to operate and maintain panel saws, which are used to cut materials like wood, MDF, and melamine. This involves setting up the machine, ensuring the material meets specifications, and performing routine maintenance. They also read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate cuts.

A casket spray painter's primary duty is to apply paint and finishes to caskets using spray painting techniques. This involves preparing the casket surface, selecting and mixing paint, and applying coats with a spray gun to achieve a desired finish.

Tier 4 - Internship

Junior Human Resource Intern, Junior Retail Management Intern, Junior Marketing Intern

• In service training for the creation and managing of Human Resource Records and Practices
• In service training for the creation and management of Retail Records and appropriate Sales Practices
• In service training for the digital and hard copy marketing material to increase visibilty and sales ability of our Burial Products
